How long we keep your data

As a general rule, we retain client enquiry, application and case records for up to six years after the end of our relationship with you, the closure of the enquiry/case, completion or withdrawal of the transaction, or the last meaningful contact — whichever is later.

We may retain data for longer where required by law, regulation, an ongoing complaint, legal claim, fraud-prevention requirement, regulatory enquiry or where necessary to evidence that we treated you fairly.
